1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Hedgehog Camp ("H Camp," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hedgehog Camp website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

Hedgehog Camp is an educational trading simulation and talent discovery platform. The Platform provides:

• Virtual trading simulations using real market data (delayed)
• Educational content and research materials
• AI-generated coaching and behavioral analytics
• Performance tracking and certification
• Talent discovery and referral opportunities

All trading activity on the Platform is conducted with virtual capital. No real securities transactions occur through H Camp.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

4. No Investment Advice

The Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

• H Camp does not provide investment advice.
• AI-generated feedback does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell securities.
• Virtual performance does not guarantee future real-world investment performance.
• You are solely responsible for your real-world financial decisions.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate rankings or simulation mechanics
• Use automated bots or scripts without authorization
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the Platform
• Misrepresent simulation performance as real-world audited performance

6. Simulation Rules

All trading occurs in a simulated environment subject to published game rules.

H Camp reserves the right to:

• Modify simulation rules
• Correct pricing or system errors
• Disqualify participants for rule violations
• Adjust or revoke tokens or rankings in cases of abuse

All decisions regarding rankings and rewards are final.

7. H Token Terms

Hedgehog Token ("H Token") is a platform reward token.

• H Tokens are not legal tender.
• H Tokens have no monetary value assigned by H Camp.
• H Tokens are not securities, financial instruments, or investment contracts.
• H Tokens may be used for platform features or record certification.
• H Camp makes no representations regarding external markets or third-party uses of H Tokens.

8. Talent Discovery & Referrals

Participation in talent discovery programs does not guarantee:

• Internship offers
• Employment
• Capital allocation
• Fund seeding

Referrals are discretionary and based on performance metrics and partner interest.

H Camp is not responsible for third-party employment decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including software, design, educational materials, analytics systems, AI models, branding, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Hedgehog Camp.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce Platform materials without permission
• Use the Hedgehog Camp name or branding without authorization

You retain ownership of original trade notes and user-generated content, but grant H Camp a non-exclusive license to use such content to operate and improve the Platform.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Notice.

By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Notice.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H Camp disclaims:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of market data

Market data may be delayed or subject to errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hedgehog Camp shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or career opportunities
• Reliance on simulation performance
• System outages or data inaccuracies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct
• Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts, unless otherwise required by law.
